An interesting combo mineral! We can only fit so much into the title but there are quite a few other minerals in this besides the header. There is a quartz inclusion which was interrupted by a pit of black tourmaline, which continued to grow and is dusted in hyalite opal, which is clear on this piece. It can be observed through UV lighting, in which case it turns a vibrant, nuclear green color. There is a small tunnel leading through the center of the crystal. There is a larger crystal in it's center that can barely be observed, as it has been almost wholly covered by a white, dusty mineral. I believe it to be black tourmaline, although it can barely be seen at all except for one small part. There looks to be a hyalite opal inclusion on the main exposed black tourmaline crystal. On much of it's base there is a fair bit of prehnite.
