We kindly ask for your patience as we prepare and dispatch your order. Typically, this process takes around 2 to 4 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.  Each order is packed meticulously to ensure a safe arrival.  We include a number of extras in every order but these must be prepared.

While we make every effort to ensure a smooth delivery, there are factors beyond our control that can sometimes cause delays. These factors may include stock availability, order information, billing procedures, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.  We'll work with you!
